Meditation


Guided Meditation is listening and being lead through a visualization, contemplation and reflection experience with the purpose of achieving deep relaxation and insights. The intention is to allow the mind to follow the words that are spoken.
Many people prefer being guided through meditation because a guide helps anchor the thoughts and still the mind.

 

Schedule a Guided Meditation Session which includes: a brief assessment of intentions and motivations, relaxation and breath awareness, some preparatory stretches and a meditation that is recorded and offered to you.
