In 4 short months of working with Stephanie, I have seen a dramatic change in my ability to balance all of the amazing gifts and responsibilities that life brings. I’ve only been working with Stephanie since April but I have known her for years and that is why I reached out for her guidance as a senior yoga instructor and dharma student.
I came to Steph with a particular challenge. A client dynamic that was frustrating me and I was not sure how to handle. Steph took me through a guided meditation and gave me particular mantras to do at home. Within weeks, the situation transformed as I was able to apply patience, love, and act from a place of total grace. The client and I finally were on the same page and I began to really look forward to our sessions.
I also send a list of weekly goals to Steph and that accountability has helped me to manage my busy lifestyle. We attempt to balance goal categories so that I am sure to live FULL life without hyper focusing on one area to the detriment of all else. If you are having difficulty in any of the areas that I was (interpersonal dynamics, work/life balance, time prioritizing) I highly suggest you work with Steph.

I would need much more than this little window to describe what a difference Stephanie has made in my life. She has really provided me with a different approach to living; one in which I am able to analyze my actions, make steps toward improvement, and visualize the future I have always desired. Not only does she always listen, but she also validates my concerns by giving me concrete tools to continue on the path to manifestation. Our work together extends beyond our sessions because she provides me with exercises and mantras to practice independently.
Stephanie is not only an amazing teacher, but also a wonderful person with an incredible amount of knowledge and wisdom. Her open mind and heart have allowed me to share my emotions, thoughts, struggles and issues, which are always met with rational advice and constructive action plans. I have learned so much from her.
Having Stephanie as a mentor (and yoga teacher) is truly one of the greatest gifts in my life.
Cree ~ I love you so much. It’s the greatest gift to see you smile and be bold and bright. xoxoxo
Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the opportunity to study with Stephanie on a regular basis. When I eventually decided to become a teacher , Stephanie was always there to provide support and encouragement. The mentoring program has served as a wonderful extension of the foundation we had already established. Working with Stephanie helped provide me with clarity and inspiration to follow through and pursue my path with renewed vigor. Thank you, Stephanie!
You are so welcome, Ellen~looking forward to seeing how life evolves with Nike and working on a project together on the West Coast soon! xoxox
Stephanie is gifted in knowing how to really listen to people. She understands how to first help people feel comfortable in their own skin and then facilitate a desire for change. She helps you connect to the essence of the self whether its the playfulness of a child, the mindful balance of strength and serenity, or a passion for life’s adventures, and from this connection she inspires growth.
It may sound counterintuitive, but Stephanie inspired me when she quit grad school last year. Allow me to explain. Stephe was very excited about getting another master’s degree. She’d enrolled in a highly selective psychology program at NYU. Once she was there, she realized it wasn’t what she wanted after all. So she dropped out.
Why is that inspirational? Because most high achievers like Stephe would rather grit their teeth and continue on the wrong path than honor their gut instincts and course correct. Most high achievers would say, “I can’t quit! How would that look? What would people think?”
Sometimes success and happiness are the result of riding something out until the bitter end. But sometimes, they come from being able to admit that you miscalculated something, and moving on without judging yourself. If anyone can help you learn to listen to YOUR own inner voice it’s Stephanie.
Stephanie stirred and inspired a desire from deep down to step onto my Path with conviction and love: not just for others, but for myself! Not a selfish love, a respect for the Light within. She has taught me to open my heart and feel with my Spirit. Her teaching has informed a reawakened body awareness – both physically and mentally. She laid the foundation for personal growth, and as I have explored and questioned, I know she is always there to listen to my wonderings – share a story – or sit with an idea, all the while helping to open my eyes to a new manifestation of mindfulness. Her ease drew me in, her support has kept me strong in trying times, and her grace will continue to guide me on this journey. Friend, mentor, Soul Sister – - I am ever so grateful to have Steph in my life.
Not only is Stephanie a loving sister, she is also a mentor and inspiration to me. She has shared many words of wisdom, inspiration, and has always helped me look at situations through a different lens or perspective. Stephanie is an experienced and talented teacher who cares deeply about her clients and provides them with personalized programs that include insight, direction, mantras and more. For whatever assistance you may need in your life…Stephanie will be there for you, every step of the way. I am the luckiest little sister in the world.”
